Get ready to hit the road with Grace Christian and St. Luke UMC for VBS. This year, we're going on a "Road Trip!" From July 14–17, kids ages 4 through 6th grade are invited on an unforgettable journey filled with adventure, fun, and faith as we explore what it means to trust that “The LORD your God is with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9). Our young Travelers will journey through exciting Bible stories, fun games, creative activities, and meaningful lessons that show God’s presence in every twist and turn.
Four fun-filled days of science, crafts, games, stories, and music -- all with the major focus that God is with us wherever we go!
From 5:30 - 6:00 p.m. each day of VBS, kids and their families are welcome to join us for supper in the Fellowship Hall of St. Luke UMC. It’s a great way to kick-off a night of VBS!
Each day, children will dive into captivating Bible stories that bring the Scriptures to life. Our dynamic storytellers and interactive lessons will help them understand and apply these timeless truths.
Our VBS is open to children age 4 through kids who have just finished 6th grade. All participants must be potty-trained. We welcome kids from our church community and beyond.
VBS is free of charge. If you feel led, donations are welcomed to support our event.
Kids should wear comfortable clothes and shoes and can bring a water bottle, but all other materials will be provided, including a meal that starts at 5:30 p.m.
We'd love to have you join our team! If you're interested in volunteering, please check out the link below!
Our VBS will be held at St. Luke UMC at 2781 W. Avenue N. This church family works to make sure that buildings are accessible for people of all different abilities. Ramps are provided, and we will help in any other way we can to help your child(ren) participate. Please email kelly@gcsa.church if you have questions!
This VBS is a partnership between St. Luke United Methodist Church and Grace Christian, a yoked church made up of a Disciples of Christ church and a Presbyterian USA church. Our VBS focus is to let kids know that God loves them -- a priority for all three denominations.
